Crab And Tofu Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients
110 gm White crab meat, liquid removed
110 gm Hard tofu, liquid removed
1 x Egg yolk
2 Tbsp. White flour
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Finely minced green spring onion
1 x 1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated Oil for frying
Directions
Sieve the tofu into a bowl then fold in the remaining ingredients.
Deep fry small portions and drain on kitchen paper.
Serve with fresh lime and a little soy sauce.
