Ingredients

  • 110 gm White crab meat, liquid removed
  • 110 gm Hard tofu, liquid removed
  • 1 x Egg yolk
  • 2 Tbsp. White flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely minced green spring onion
  • 1 x 1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated Oil for frying

Directions

  1. Sieve the tofu into a bowl then fold in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Deep fry small portions and drain on kitchen paper.
  3. Serve with fresh lime and a little soy sauce.
