Crab And Tofu Dumplings
Ingredients
- 110 gm White crab meat, liquid removed
- 110 gm Hard tofu, liquid removed
- 1 x Egg yolk
- 2 Tbsp. White flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced green spring onion
- 1 x 1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated Oil for frying
Directions
- Sieve the tofu into a bowl then fold in the remaining ingredients.
- Deep fry small portions and drain on kitchen paper.
- Serve with fresh lime and a little soy sauce.
