Ingredients

  • 16 ounce Frzn Whole Corn
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 3 can (10 1/4 ounce) Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Ginger root
  • 1/2 lb Fresh Crabmeat
  • 1/3 c. Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar

Directions

  1. Position Knife Blade in Processor. Add in Half Of Corn. Process Till Finely Minced. Add in Remaining Corn. Stir Well & Set Aside. Combine Cornstarch & Water in A Small Bowl; Stir Well & Set Aside. Combine Chicken Broth & Ginger root in A Large Saucepan; Bring To A Boil. Add in Corn, Cornstarch Mix, Crabmeat, Green Onions, Pepper & Rice Vinegar. Bring To A Boil.
  2. Reduce Heat & Simmer Uncovered 3 Min. (Fat 0.6. Chol. 32.)
