Ingredients

  • 1 large can of vegall veggies
  • 1cup self rising yellow corn meal
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 2tbsp low fat milk
  • 2tbsp butter
  • 1/8tsp of ground black pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1c chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1tbsp vegtable oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In one sauce pan melt butter, remove from heat.
3. Stir into butter the vegtables, chicken, soup, milk, salt, and pepper
4. place mixture in a 2 quart cassarole dish.
5. in a medium bowl stir together self rising cornmeal, egg, 1/4 cup of milk and vegtable oil
6. spoon mixture over vegtable mix
7. Bake 30minutes or until golden brown
