Corn bread pot pie
Ingredients
- 1 large can of vegall veggies
- 1cup self rising yellow corn meal
- 1/4tsp salt
- 2tbsp low fat milk
- 2tbsp butter
- 1/8tsp of ground black pepper
- 1 egg beaten
- 1c chopped cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1tbsp vegtable oil
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 3502.In one sauce pan melt butter, remove from heat.3.Stir into butter the vegtables, chicken, soup, milk, salt, and pepper4.place mixture in a 2 quart cassarole dish.5.in a medium bowl stir together self rising cornmeal, egg, 1/4 cup of milk and vegtable oil6.spoon mixture over vegtable mix7.Bake 30minutes or until golden brownSimilar Recipes
