Ingredients

  • 1 c. Orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 1/2 c. Cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and minced
  • 1 1/2 c. Honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and minced
  • 1 c. Champagne or possibly apple cider

Directions

  1. Puree orange juice, lime juice, honey, half the cantaloupe and half the honeydew in a food processor or possibly blender. Transfer to a large bowl. Finely chop remaining melon. Stir into puree. Stir in champagne. Keep cold till read to serve.
