Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce.) Keebler Ready crust graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 env. unflavored gelatin
  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. frzn whipped topping, thawed
  • Optional garnish:
  • Whipped topping &
  • Strawberries dipped in dark chocolate

Directions

  1. In saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over lowfat milk. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat till gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 min. Add in chocolate and continue cooking, stirring constantly till chocolate is melted; stir in vanilla. Cold 1 hour, stirring occasionally, till mix mounds when dropped from spoon. Mix in whipped topping. Turn into crust.
  2. Garnish with topping and strawberries dipped in dark chocolate if you like. Refrigerate4 hrs.
