Ingredients

  • 1 lb grnd beef
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper, bell pepper
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 x (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp each: cumin and beef bouillon granules
  • 1/2 tsp grnd
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 x (8 ounce.) spaghetti, cooked and liquid removed Shredded Cheddar or possibly Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

  1. In large skillet brown beef with onions, bell pepper, garlic. Drain.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. Simmer covered 10 min stirring occasionally. Arrange spaghetti on platter; top with chili, then top with cheese. 4 servings.
