Chili Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper, bell pepper
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 x (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 tsp each: cumin and beef bouillon granules
- 1/2 tsp grnd
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 x (8 ounce.) spaghetti, cooked and liquid removed Shredded Cheddar or possibly Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
- In large skillet brown beef with onions, bell pepper, garlic. Drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. Simmer covered 10 min stirring occasionally. Arrange spaghetti on platter; top with chili, then top with cheese. 4 servings.
