Chili Cheese Sticks

A long and green finger chilis stuffed with cheese! This one will surely rock and melt your day!

Ingredients

  • finger chili
  • lumpia wrapper, cut straight on both sides
  • cheese
  • cooking oil

Directions

  1. Slice cheese into thin strips. Set aside.
  2. Wash finger chilis with running water. Drain with paper towel. Cut the chilis lengthwise, from top to bottom, making an opening.
  3. Remove seeds.
  4. Stuff with sliced cheese.
  5. Wrap the chilis with lumpia wrapper, sealing the wrapper with a drop of water.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  7. Fry the Chili Cheese Sticks until golden brown and serve!
