Ingredients

  • tortilla chips
  • 3 c. stewed chicken, boned and minced (3 to 3 1/2)
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 x tall can pet lowfat milk
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1/2 lb velveeta cheese

Directions

  1. Break tortilla chips in pcs and put layer of tortilla chips in buttered baking dish. Put a layer of chicken mixed with all remaining ingredients, except velveta cheese. Add in another layer of tortilla chips then chicken mix. Top with grated Velveeta cheese.
  2. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees. Cold 15 min before serving.
  3. Can be frzn.
