Chicken Enchiladas (Pkl)
Ingredients
- tortilla chips
- 3 c. stewed chicken, boned and minced (3 to 3 1/2)
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 x tall can pet lowfat milk
- 1 can green chilies
- 1/2 lb velveeta cheese
Directions
- Break tortilla chips in pcs and put layer of tortilla chips in buttered baking dish. Put a layer of chicken mixed with all remaining ingredients, except velveta cheese. Add in another layer of tortilla chips then chicken mix. Top with grated Velveeta cheese.
- Bake 45 min at 350 degrees. Cold 15 min before serving.
- Can be frzn.
