Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup Dutch-processed cocoa
  • 1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup cherry flavored chips
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 2 drops red food coloring

Directions

  1. Crust: Bear flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt and cocoa together.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Pie Filling: Spread cherry pie filling over the crust.
  5. Spread cherry chips over the pie filling layer.
  6. Filling: Beat cream cheese, honey, egg, vanilla extract and molasses.
  7. Spread over the chips.
  8. Topping: Mix cool whip and red food coloring.
  9. Spread over the cherry chips layer.
  10. Decorate.
