Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 whole bananas
  • 12 large spring roll wrappers
  • fryer oil
  • 1/4 butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup dark rum
  • vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Mix the brown sugar cinnamon on a plate, cut each banana in half
  2. coat each one in the mixture, fold in wrap same as spring roll remember to seal the front tip with water, melt butter in sauce add
  3. remaining sugar mix well until sugar dissolve, gently pour the rum
  4. simmer for a few more minutes set aside to cool.Fry at 350 F until
  5. golden with a crisp, remove from oil drain cut in half and serve with ice cream and rum sauce.
