Directions
- Mix the brown sugar cinnamon on a plate, cut each banana in half
- coat each one in the mixture, fold in wrap same as spring roll remember to seal the front tip with water, melt butter in sauce add

- simmer for a few more minutes set aside to cool.Fry at 350 F until
- golden with a crisp, remove from oil drain cut in half and serve with ice cream and rum sauce.
