Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb Grnd Pork Sausage,ck,drain
  • 3 ounce Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. Green Onions, minced
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 2 lrg Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2/3 c. Lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingred. in a lg. bowl; make a well in center of mix.
  2. Combine Large eggs, and lowfat milk; add in to sausage mix, stirring just till moistened. Spoon into greased miniature muffin pans, filling 3/4 full.
  3. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.
  4. Makes 2 dozen.
