Cheesy Sausage Muffins
Ingredients
- 1/4 lb Grnd Pork Sausage,ck,drain
- 3 ounce Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. Green Onions, minced
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 2 lrg Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingred. in a lg. bowl; make a well in center of mix.
- Combine Large eggs, and lowfat milk; add in to sausage mix, stirring just till moistened. Spoon into greased miniature muffin pans, filling 3/4 full.
- Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.
- Makes 2 dozen.
