Ingredients

  • one-15.5 ounce can Chickpeas, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 3/4 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach (cooked)
  • 1 cup Gruyere Cheese (melted)
  • one teaspoon paprika
  • one teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and Black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a stock pot with a lid add vegetable stock, cream, stir to combine on low heat, paprika, garlic powder, add cooked spinach, chickpeas, gruyere cheese, stir to combine gently, cook 10 minutes
  2. Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
