- one-15.5 ounce can Chickpeas, rinsed
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 3/4 cup vegetable stock
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach (cooked)
- 1 cup Gruyere Cheese (melted)
- one teaspoon paprika
- one teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and Black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a stock pot with a lid add vegetable stock, cream, stir to combine on low heat, paprika, garlic powder, add cooked spinach, chickpeas, gruyere cheese, stir to combine gently, cook 10 minutes
- Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
