Breakfast smoothie

A great way to start your day! Make it non-dairy by changing to soya yogurt and soya/oat/rice milk.

Ingredients

  • 100g strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 100g natural full fat yogurt
  • 50ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 30g walnut kernels

Directions

  1. PREP - Wash and hull the strawberries. Peel the banana and roughly chop.
  2. BLEND - Blitz the strawberries, banana and yogurt to a smooth consistency. Add the walnuts and the milk and blitz again.
