- 100g strawberries
- 1 banana
- 100g natural full fat yogurt
- 50ml semi-skimmed milk
- 30g walnut kernels
Directions
- PREP - Wash and hull the strawberries. Peel the banana and roughly chop.
- BLEND - Blitz the strawberries, banana and yogurt to a smooth consistency. Add the walnuts and the milk and blitz again.
