Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Flour, Sifted
  • 3 tsp Margarine melted
  • 3 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 2/3 c. Blueberries Fresh
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Egg, well beaten
  • 2/3 c. Canned blueberries
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk, or possibly Skim liquid removed
  • 1 tsp Sucaryl Solution

Directions

  1. Directions:Mix together sifted flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Add in well-beaten egg, lowfat milk, and sucaryl solution.* SUCARYL* is an artificial sugar sweetener.. When partly blended, add in melted margarine. Mix in berries.
