  • 2 c. Cooked Wehani rice
  • 1 c. Finely-diced crunchy celery
  • 1 c. Diced mango
  • 1/4 c. Finely-diced red onion
  • 1/2 c. Packed cilantro minced
  • 1/3 c. Dressing made with extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar and toasted chili pwdr Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
