Black Bottom Cream Cheese Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Pillsbury's Best All purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 3/4 c. semi sweet chocolate chips, melted

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, combine flour and remaining crust ingredients; mix well. Press mix in bottom of ungreased 9 inch square pan or possibly 11 x 7 inch pan. In large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar, butter and cream cheese till smooth. Add in remaining filling ingredients; blend well. Spread over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 38 to 43 min or possibly till edges are light golden and set. Cold 30 min.
  2. In small saucepan over low heat, heat all glaze ingredients, stirring constantly till smooth. Drizzle over hot bars. Chill at least 1 hour, before serving. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator. 36 bars.
