Black Bottom Cream Cheese Bars
Ingredients
- 1 c. Pillsbury's Best All purpose flour
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
Directions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, combine flour and remaining crust ingredients; mix well. Press mix in bottom of ungreased 9 inch square pan or possibly 11 x 7 inch pan. In large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar, butter and cream cheese till smooth. Add in remaining filling ingredients; blend well. Spread over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 38 to 43 min or possibly till edges are light golden and set. Cold 30 min.
- In small saucepan over low heat, heat all glaze ingredients, stirring constantly till smooth. Drizzle over hot bars. Chill at least 1 hour, before serving. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator. 36 bars.
