Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can Welch's frzn raspberry juice cocktail
  • 1/4 c. raspberry liqueur
  • 2 (750 ml.) bottle champagne (Spumanti)
  • Fresh or possibly frzn raspberries
  • 1 can gingerale
  • Raspberry sherbet for garnish

Directions

  1. Thaw fruit-juice concentrate. In a punch bowl put together juice, liqueur, and gingerale. Carefully stir in champagne. Garnish with raspberries and sherbet. Serve at once.
