Beef 'n Broccoli Noodle Bowl

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. linguine -- (1/2 of 16-oz.
  • pkg.) uncooked
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak -- thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 carrots -- sliced (about 1
  • cup)
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot

Directions

  1. COOK pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak, broccoli and carrots; cook and stir 4 min. or until steak is evenly browned.
  2. ADD broth, hoisin sauce, dressing and gingerroot; stir. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. DRAIN pasta; return to pan. Add steak mixture; toss lightly.
