Beef 'n Broccoli Noodle Bowl

- 8 oz. linguine -- (1/2 of 16-oz.
- pkg.) uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak -- thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 carrots -- sliced (about 1
- cup)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
Directions
- COOK pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak, broccoli and carrots; cook and stir 4 min. or until steak is evenly browned.
- ADD broth, hoisin sauce, dressing and gingerroot; stir. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- DRAIN pasta; return to pan. Add steak mixture; toss lightly.
