Ingredients

  • 2 lb chuck roast, cut into medium sized chunks
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 5 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin (jeeru)
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • ⅛ tsp ground cloves (pinch)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • salt
  • oil

Directions

  1. In a blender combine the garlic, adobo peppers, ground cloves, ground cumin, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, oregano, and beef broth. Blend it well and set it aside.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high with some oil.
