- 2 lb chuck roast, cut into medium sized chunks
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ground cumin (jeeru)
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- ⅛ tsp ground cloves (pinch)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
- salt
- oil
Directions
- In a blender combine the garlic, adobo peppers, ground cloves, ground cumin, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, oregano, and beef broth. Blend it well and set it aside.
- Heat a pan on medium high with some oil.
