Ingredients

  • 2 c. Vanilla wafers,crushed
  • 8 Tbsp. Margarine,melted
  • 8 Tbsp. Margarine,softened
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 pkt 10X sugar
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple,large
  • 4 x Large bananas,sliced
  • 1 pkt Cold WHIP,large
  • 1 c. Coconut
  • 1/2 c. Pecans,minced
  • 1 x Maraschino cherries

Directions

  1. FIRST LAYER-Mix together and press into 9 x 13 pan. SECOND LAYER-Stir in sufficient pineapple juice to make mix smooth. Spread over first layer. THIRD LAYER-Drain pineapple completely. Spread over second layer. FOURTH LAYER-Arrange banana slices over third layer. FIFTH LAYER-Spread Cold Whip over fourth layer. Mix coconut with pecans and sprinkle over Cold Whip. Garnish with maraschino cherries. Refrigerateovernight.
