Baked Turkey Recipe

- 1: Soak turkey overnight in water with salt a bowl or pot that fits, use a fork to stick small wholes in turkey to allow salt to flow deep in Turkey for season.
- 2: place turckey in bakng pan begin adding seasonings Blackpepper, Thyme Rosemary Fennel stuff inside turkey with whole onions peeled, place half stick butter inside turkey.
- 3: rubb Butter over turkey also,the more butter the better your turkey becomes.
- 4: Cover Turkey with Foilpaper or Turkey pan cover. Set in oven 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours check turkey for moist, then remove cover an let turkey bake for 1 1/2 untill golden brown.
