Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes, boiled with skin on, cold, peel, cut in chunks
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 minced onion

Directions

  1. Mix together and put in casserole, above.6 slices bacon, cubed, fry
  2. 1/4 cup green stuffed olives, minced
  3. Spread on top. Keep in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
