Baked Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, boiled with skin on, cold, peel, cut in chunks
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 minced onion
Directions
- Mix together and put in casserole, above.6 slices bacon, cubed, fry
- 1/4 cup green stuffed olives, minced
- Spread on top. Keep in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
