Ingredients

  • 2 c. Oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. Chunky or possibly regular applesauce
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar Topping
  • 1 c. Vanilla yogurt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F
  2. In a large bowl combine the oatmeal, baking pwdr and salt. Fold in lowfat milk, Large eggs, oil, brown sugar. Stir and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 45 min. Serve warm, topping each with vanilla yogurt.
  3. Notes: A delicious warm treat on a cool morning. Convenient to prepare ahead of time. Every time I serve it, I'm asked for the recipe.
