Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lb chicken parts*
  • 1 c. Pace enchilada sauce

Directions

  1. If you like, remove skin before baking.
  2. Place chicken in roasting pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min.
  3. Pour enchilada sauce over chicken. Bake 30 min, basting with sauce.
  4. Stir sauce and serve over chicken.
  5. This recipe yields 6 servings.
