Baked Cheese Hash Brown & Onion Patties with Rosemary Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • One 16 ounce frozen bag of shredded hash browns
  • 1/2 onion grated
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese or sharp shredded cheddar
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Drizzling of Olive Oil

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl add frozen hash brown potatoes, diced onion, salt and black pepper, cheese and mix well with clean hands. Round out patties and place on a rimmed non stick baking sheet pan(s), Drizzle with olive oil (or can sub Canola Oil).
  2. Place in a 425 F hot oven and bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. For the Sauce: 1/2 cup sour cream, dash of black pepper, finely chopped rosemary
