Ingredients

  • 1 pkt McCormick(r) Bag 'n Season(r) Country Style Chicken
  • 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. frzn peas, thawed
  • 1 can (5 ounces) buttermilk refrigerator biscuits, cut into quarters

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange cooking bag in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
  2. Place chicken in a single layer in the bag.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine Sauce Blend with flour; gradually add in water and stir till smooth. Stir in peas and pour over chicken. Place biscuit pcs in the bag over the chicken.
  4. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape. Bake 40 min. Let stand 5 min. Cut across top of bag and remove chicken and dumplings.
