Bag 'N Season Chicken And Dumplings
Ingredients
- 1 pkt McCormick(r) Bag 'n Season(r) Country Style Chicken
- 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. frzn peas, thawed
- 1 can (5 ounces) buttermilk refrigerator biscuits, cut into quarters
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange cooking bag in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
- Place chicken in a single layer in the bag.
- 2. In a medium bowl, combine Sauce Blend with flour; gradually add in water and stir till smooth. Stir in peas and pour over chicken. Place biscuit pcs in the bag over the chicken.
- 3. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape. Bake 40 min. Let stand 5 min. Cut across top of bag and remove chicken and dumplings.
