Ingredients

  • 1 T butter
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 pound scallop (bay scallops)

Directions

  1. Heat butter, wine, lemon and thyme. Pour over rinsed scallops. Marinate for 15-20 min at room temperature. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 5-6 min. Don't overcook.
