Alice's Baked Scallops Recipe

Ingredients
1 T butter
1/4 c. dry white wine
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 pound scallop (bay scallops)
Directions
Heat butter, wine, lemon and thyme. Pour over rinsed scallops. Marinate for 15-20 min at room temperature. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 5-6 min. Don't overcook.
