Alice's Baked Scallops
Ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 pound scallop (bay scallops)
Directions
- Heat butter, wine, lemon and thyme. Pour over rinsed scallops. Marinate for 15-20 min at room temperature. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 5-6 min. Don't overcook.
