1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Stir-fry the thuthuvalai leaves for a minute.
3. Add garlic, dry red chillies, tamarind, coconut and saute for another 2 minutes.
4. Remove and cool.
5. Add salt and a little water.
6. Grind to a smooth paste.
7. Serve with rice.
