Mandarin Orange Souffle Salad
Ingredients
- 2 (3 ounce.) pkg. orange Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. orange Juice
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pt. orange sherbet
- 1 (13 3/4 ounce.) can pineapple tidbits, liquid removed
- 2 (11 ounce.) cans mandarin oranges, liquid removed
Directions
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add in the orange juice. Blend in lowfat sour cream. Add in the sherbet a Tbsp. at a time, stirring till melted. With the mixer, whip till fluffy. Mix in the pineapple and mandarin oranges. Pour into a shallow, flat pan. Refrigeratetill set. Serves 12.
