Honey Soy Drumsticks Recipe

Honey Soy Drumsticks

This is a nice way to bake chicken. I use it for 12 drumsticks but you could use it for 18-20 wings, 10-12 thighs or even just chicken breasts. Original recipe says to salt and pepper the chicken before you add the sauce but I don't salt it because the soy sauce has plenty of salt. So season it how ever you like. I heat the honey in the microwave before mixing the sauce, warming it helps to mix the ingredients together. Using wings makes a great appetizer or party food. I sometimes add a little fresh grated ginger to the sauce to change it up a little. My son likes them hot and cold the next day.
