Ingredients
¾ cup Unsalted Butter
1 cup Organic Cane Sugar
¼ cup Molasses
1 egg
2 ¼ cup Rice Flour
½ tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Cloves
Directions
Roll dough in teaspoon size balls. Then roll in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
