Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Organic Cane Sugar
  • ¼ cup Molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ¼ cup Rice Flour
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Cloves

Directions

  1. Roll dough in teaspoon size balls. Then roll in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
