Gluten Free Soft Gingersnap Cookies
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Organic Cane Sugar
- ¼ cup Molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 ¼ cup Rice Flour
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Cloves
Directions
- Roll dough in teaspoon size balls. Then roll in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
