Carrot And Green Bean Soup
Ingredients
- minced onion minced celery minced garlic green beans carrots chicken stock salt pepper nutmeg parsley dill spinach peas mushroom
Directions
- Add in minced onion, celery, garlic, green beans and carrots to de-fatted chicken stock and simmer till the vegetables are tender. Season the mix with salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley and dill. Fold in spinach, peas and mushrooms and cook a few min more. For a richer-tasting thicker texture, puree all or possibly part of the soup and heat through before serving.
