4 grams of fat per serving, while (potato) french fries have 10 grams of fat per serving. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients to keep the flavour consistant. A very hot oven will give your fries a extra crunch. Calories: 126 Fiber: 2g Protein: 6g Total Fat: 4g Carbs: 26g Recipe taken from

I made these for a few friends and used a curry salad dressing as a dip. Everyone liked them and my children could not stop eating them. I actually had to ask them to save some for my guests.

Kristen, these are really great. The recipe is super simple and easy to prepare, and there's zero grease; not a lot of sodium - This will definitely be a staple this summer for us.
