Whole Wheat Yogurt Bread
Ingredients
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 c. mixed flour (e.g., oat flour, wheat flakes, bran, oat bran)
- 1 pt. buttermilk or possibly plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
- Place all dry ingredients in bowl. Add in yogurt and stir lightly. Place dough in well greased loaf pan. Oil a knife, cut a 1/2 inch deep groove down center of bread. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
