Whole Wheat Snickerdoodles
Ingredients
- 1 c. safflower oil
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 3/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream oil and sugar; add in Large eggs and beat. Add in flour, cream of tartar, salt and soda into mix and vanilla. Mix well. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Roll into mix of 2 Tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min.
